Moonmate Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and IslamicApps.Org ("we", "us") for the Moonmate app (com.ai.moonmate.app) (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA/UK, or the minimum age in your country). If you are under the age of majority, use the App with a parent or guardian's involvement.

2. The Service

Moonmate offers love tests, Moon Phase Match, soulmate sketches, AI soulmate chat, love tarot, palm and face readings, love horoscope, a daily love card, streaks and share cards. Some features require an internet connection, camera access or birth details. We may change, add or remove features at any time.

3. Entertainment Only

• All results, readings, scores, sketches and AI chat replies ("Content") are for entertainment and self-reflection only.
• Content does not predict or guarantee any real event or person, and any resemblance to real people or events is coincidental.
• Content is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or relationship advice. Do not rely on it for important decisions.
• The soulmate chat is an AI character, not a real person.

4. Premium, Coins and Purchases

• Premium (subscription or lifetime) and Moon Coins are sold through Google Play. Prices are shown before you confirm.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions. Uninstalling the App does not cancel a subscription.
• If a free trial is offered, you will be charged when it ends unless you cancel before.
• Moon Coins are a virtual item with no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and are used only inside the App.
• Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy, except where the law of your country requires otherwise. You can restore purchases with the same Google account.

5. Your Content and Conduct

You are responsible for what you enter or share. You agree not to:

• enter another person's photo or personal details without their permission;
• use the chat or any feature to create unlawful, hateful, sexual or harmful content, or to harass anyone;
• copy, reverse-engineer, resell or misuse the App or its Content, or abuse rewards with automated tools;
• interfere with the App's security or servers.

You keep rights to your messages; you allow us to process them only to provide the App.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, artwork, tarot illustrations, texts and Content belong to us or our licensors (public-domain materials excepted). We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the App on your device. Share cards may be shared for personal, non-commercial use with the App branding kept.

7. Third-Party Services

The App relies on services such as Google Play, Firebase, RevenueCat and an AI provider. We are not responsible for their availability or for third-party sites you visit from the App.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App and Content are provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for decisions made based on the Content, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting your data and uninstalling it. Sections that by nature should survive will survive.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence. Before any formal claim, please contact us and allow 30 days to resolve it. Nothing here removes consumer rights you have under your local law. These Terms are between you and us, not Google.

11. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms and will change the date above; for material changes we will notify you in the App. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
