EaseAI Privacy Policy

Updated date: 8th Mar, 2026

This Privacy Policy applies to all individuals whose personal data may be processed by THE NEXOVA COMPANY LIMITED ("Nexova," "we," "us," or "our"), including its subsidiaries, affiliates, and associated entities. Nexova is the publisher and developer of EaseAI, a smart utility tool designed to help users efficiently manage device storage by finding duplicate images, videos, and junk files, and compressing them to save space.

At Nexova, safeguarding your data is our top priority. We are committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of our users. We know that your trust depends on how we collect, use, and secure your personal information, and we act with responsibility and transparency to maintain that trust.

This Privacy Policy explains the types of personal data we collect from users ("you"), how we process and protect your data, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. While striving to continually upgrade our services and enhance your experience, we are transparent about our practices. "Personal Information" means information, either alone or combined with other data, that can reasonably identify you or your household.

We do not sell, rent, loan, or otherwise provide your Personal Information to third parties (including data brokers) except as stated in this Privacy Policy. We only use your data as described here.

By using our services and where permitted by law, you confirm your acceptance of our data practices as outlined in this Privacy Policy. Should applicable law require your consent to be obtained differently, we will follow those requirements.

Nexova is the "data controller" of your Personal Information. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Please note, withdrawing consent may limit your ability to use our services.

Please read this Privacy Policy, along with our Disclaimers and Terms of Use, carefully.
